The link below is a progressive bar graph that shows world wide deaths from Jan thrrough May of 2020. Watch how Covid-19 attributed deaths start at the bottom and skyrocket to top. It should be not only eye opening, but also a warning.
What is the take away for these stats? It shows that there is increased demand in the Columbia Gorge and the market remains strong. These are signs that the market is stable or even heading towards a seller’s market. As the covid-era continues, I predict we will see more and more people moving out of congested areas (cities) and moving to more rural regions like the Columbia Gorge.
Over the past couple of months, I been doing my best to "work" from home. A lot of the time has been spent working on continuing education course for my real estate licenses. (I have completed my Oregon CE requirments to renew my license later this year in August; I am about 2/3 through my Washington state CE requirments to renew next April and I am getting started on my California CE requirments to renew next March.)
