Pricing Strategy Advisor - That's me!

Over the past couple of months, I been doing my best to "work" from home. A lot of the time has been spent working on continuing education course for my real estate licenses. (I have completed my Oregon CE requirments to renew my license later this year in August; I am about 2/3 through my Washington state CE requirments to renew next April and I am getting started on my California CE requirments to renew next March.)

I have also earned a second designation / certification from the National Association of Realtors - The Pricing Strategy Advisor.
