Since the vast majority of us are working from home, the question I am asked most is, "Are real estate transactions possible now?"

For Washington and Oregon, the answer is yes, however each state has implemented many precautions and conditions to insure the safety of all parties involved.

Properties are still being listed and sold every day. Due to the new safeguards in place, I am advising clients that the average length of a transaction will be longer than it was pre-Covid-19.
